Ingredients

Idaman Suri Meat Curry         - 1 packet (50g)

Idaman Suri Santan Powder  -  1 packet (25g)

Chicken    - 1 kg

Potatoes   - 4 pcs (~400g)

Serai          - 2~3 pcs

Curry leafs     - 3~4 pcs

Cooking oil  - 7 table spoons

Water  - 300ml (for Pecah Minyak)

             - 300ml for curry gravy

             - 150ml to mix santan powder
