
BAHAN MASAKAN / COOKING INGREDIENTS
1 kg - Ketam / Crab
** Basuh bersih dan potong kecil / Wash clean and cut into small pieces
Bahan-bahan (A) / Ingredients (A):
1 Bungkus / Packet - Idaman Suri Sambal Tumis Base (50g)
30 g - Serbuk cili / Chili powder
300 ml - Air / Water
70 ml - Minyak masakan / Cooking oil
Bahan-bahan (B) / Ingredients (B):
10 g - Serpeh cili / Chili flakes
100 g - Bawang besar (kisar) / Onions (blend)
20 g - Halia (kisar) / Ginger (blend)
2 nos - Serai (kisar) / Lemongrass (blend)
Bahan-bahan (C) / Ingredients (C):
10 g - Garam / Salt
50 g - Gula / Sugar
100 g - Sos tomato / Tomato sauce
100 ml - Air / Water
CARA MASAKAN / COOKING METHOD
- Panasakan minyak dan goreng ketam selama 5 minit. Ketepikan. / Heat up oil and stir-fry crab pieces for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Campurkan sebati bahan-bahan (A) dan masukkan ke dalam minyak yang sama dan masak pada api sederhana hingga wangi. / Well mix ingredients (A) and pour onto the existing cooking oil and cook under medium-high heat until fragrant.
- Masukkan bahan-bahan (B) dan kacau sebati. Masak sehingga wangi dan pecah minyak. / Add ingredients (B) and stir well. Cook until fragrant and oil rises.
- Masukkan bahan-bahan (C) dan ketam yang digoreng. Didihkan selama 10 minit di atas api sederhana kecil sehingga ketam betul-betul masak. / Add ingredients (C) and the pre stir-fried crab meat. Simmer for 10 minutes over small medium fire until the crab pieces are fully cooked.
- Hiaskan dengan daun ketumbar dan sedia untuk dihidangkan bersama nasi. / Garnish with coriander leaf and ready to serve with rice.
