Curry Vegetable Rice

INGREDIENTS FOR COOKING:

Ingredients A:

1 packet           - Idaman Suri Meat Curry premix  (50g)   

300 ml                  - water

 

30g       - Butter

50ml     - cooking oil

1 stack  - curry leaves

 

Ingredients B:

100 g          - Potato (cut into small cube)

50 g            - Carrot (Diced)

50 g              - Cauliflower (small)

50 g              - Lomg beans (cut into half inch)

2 nos            - Green chili

2 nos            - Red chili

1 kg              - Basmathi rice

1.4 L             - Water

400 ml          - Evaporated milk

20 g              - Salt or Chicken stock

 

For Garnishing

Coriander leaves

Mint leaves

Fried shallots

 

COOKING METHOD:

  1. Heat butter and cooking oil.
  2. Well mix ingredients (A) and pour onto the butter and cooking oil,with curry leaves and cook until water evaporates and oil rises to the top
  3. Add Ingredients (B). Stir well and bring to a boil. Turn fire into medium small until the rice is completely cooked. 
  4. When rice is cooked, garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves and fried shallots. Ready to serve.
