
INGREDIENTS FOR COOKING:
Ingredients A:
1 packet - Idaman Suri Meat Curry premix (50g)
300 ml - water
30g - Butter
50ml - cooking oil
1 stack - curry leaves
Ingredients B:
100 g - Potato (cut into small cube)
50 g - Carrot (Diced)
50 g - Cauliflower (small)
50 g - Lomg beans (cut into half inch)
2 nos - Green chili
2 nos - Red chili
1 kg - Basmathi rice
1.4 L - Water
400 ml - Evaporated milk
20 g - Salt or Chicken stock
For Garnishing
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Fried shallots
COOKING METHOD:
- Heat butter and cooking oil.
- Well mix ingredients (A) and pour onto the butter and cooking oil,with curry leaves and cook until water evaporates and oil rises to the top
- Add Ingredients (B). Stir well and bring to a boil. Turn fire into medium small until the rice is completely cooked.
- When rice is cooked, garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves and fried shallots. Ready to serve.
